Credits

Every visual generated, edited, or upscaled in Epox consumes credits from your workspace balance.

Epox uses a two-tier credit structure designed to give predictable monthly budgets without losing purchased capacity:

1. Monthly Subscription Credits: Included with your active subscription plan (e.g., Starter, Pro, or Scale). These credits refresh automatically on your monthly billing anniversary and do not roll over to subsequent months.
2. Lifetime Reserve Credits: Purchased through one-time credit top-up packs. Lifetime credits never expire. They remain in your workspace permanently until used.

Deduction order

Whenever a teammate triggers an image generation or editing workflow:

• Epox always consumes monthly subscription credits first.
• If your monthly balance is exhausted, Epox seamlessly begins drawing from your lifetime reserve credits.
• Generations pause only if both your monthly balance and your lifetime reserve reach zero.

Analytics

Navigate to the Usage tab (/usage) in the sidebar navigation to monitor your workspace consumption:

• Credit Summary: Real-time visibility into remaining monthly credits, days until the next monthly renewal, and remaining lifetime reserve balance.
• Consumption Breakdown: Charts showing credit consumption over time, segmented by generation type (Standard Visuals, Upscales, Background Edits, Video Generations).
• Activity by Product & Member: See which products or team members initiated the most generations, making it easy to allocate costs across marketing campaigns.

Subscriptions

Only teammates with the Owner role can view or manage workspace billing.

Navigate to Workspace Settings > Billing & Plans:

• Upgrade or Change Plan: Switch between Starter, Pro, and Scale plans. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing.
• Purchase Credit Packs: Buy one-time lifetime credit packs whenever you need immediate additional generation capacity.
• Payment Method: Update credit card or payment details securely.
• Invoice History: Download itemized PDF receipts and invoices for your accounting and tax records.
• Cancelling a Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, your workspace retains active access to all features and remaining monthly credits until the end of the current billing period.
