Invite people and choose the right role
Give each teammate the access they need without making workspace administration noisy.
Invitations
Workspace members collaborate on products, creative work, and library review. Invite a teammate from workspace settings, then choose the role that matches the responsibility you are assigning.
Roles
Epox provides three workspace roles to balance creative autonomy with administrative control:
- Owner: Manages the entire workspace, subscription plan, billing invoices, store connections, member invitations, and role assignments. Only Owners can modify billing details or delete the workspace.
- Editor: The core creative collaborator. Editors can generate product visuals in Studio, edit and upscale images, build and save reusable templates, manage products and collections, and review assets in the Library. Editors cannot modify billing or alter store credentials.
- Viewer: Read-only stakeholder access. Viewers can view synced products, browse collections, and inspect generated visuals in the Library. Viewers cannot consume workspace credits, trigger generations, or edit templates.
Offboarding
Remove their workspace access as soon as they no longer need it. Their generated work remains in the workspace library, so the team's visual history stays intact.
