Connect your store
Bring catalog context into Epox so visual production begins with the product you sell.
Overview
A store connection brings product information into the workspace, giving Studio and the Library a clear product context. It also creates a dependable path for keeping catalog work organized.
Setup
- Open Workspace settings, then Stores.
- Choose the commerce platform you use and select Connect.
- Complete the provider's authorization flow in the new window.
- Return to Epox and wait for the first product sync to finish.
Troubleshooting
Check that the connection is still active in workspace settings, then retry the sync. If the store provider has temporarily limited requests, Epox will surface the state instead of silently treating the catalog as complete.
